My practice is based around a holistic person centred model. I believe that we are comprised of an emotional , physical, spiritual and psychological states. We operate in a state of connectedness to ourselves, family, environment and spiritual awareness. This is our learning to become integrated into the whole person.
I come from a humanistic model which believes the client owns the knowledge to solve the issues, my role as a facilitator and reflective practitioner works in unison. Essentially our working relationship is built on trust, non judgement and complete open mindedness for the information we share.
My passion is to see people arise to their potential, walk towards the life that they dream of and learn about themselves in a safe and therapeutic environment.
